Return Process
- 1.Contact Your Local Bakery
For immediate issues with fresh bread or pastries, please speak to the manager at the bakery where the item was purchased or contact our customer service team within 24 hours.
- 2.Provide Proof of Purchase
Ensure you have your digital or paper receipt available, along with a photograph of the product if you are contacting us via email regarding a quality concern.
- 3.Review of Perishable Items
Due to the fresh nature of our products, returns are generally only accepted for items that do not meet our quality standards or were supplied incorrectly.
- 4.Processing Your Refund
Once your request is approved, we will process your refund back to your original payment method or provide a digital voucher for use on your next visit.
