How do I ensure my bread stays fresh?

Our bread is best enjoyed on the day of purchase. To keep it for longer, store it in a cool, dry place in its paper bag. For extended storage, our loaves can be sliced and frozen for up to one month.

Do you offer nationwide delivery?

We currently offer local delivery via our partners and nationwide shipping for our specialty hampers and crackers. Please check our delivery checker on the homepage to see if we serve your specific area.

Are there vegan and gluten-free options available?

Yes, we have a variety of vegan-friendly loaves and pastries. While we offer products made without gluten, please note that all our items are prepared in an environment that handles flour, so we cannot guarantee a 100% flour-free environment.

Can I place a large order for an event?

Absolutely. We offer a catering service for offices and private events. We recommend placing large orders at least 48 hours in advance to ensure our bakers can prepare everything fresh for you.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with the quality of your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours for a resolution.
